- Parking Decals - for ALL Vehicles (including bicycles) - available at the office
- Remote Gate Control - available at office ($40.00 each, non-refundable)
- DOM Security Key - available at office (Cost: $100.00)
- Front Desk Security Main Line - all calls are placed to the lobby, (954) 561-5009
- Receiving Area Security Garage - deliveries, packages, etc., (954) 561-0076
- Ocean Lounge - arrangements and requirements are to be made in advance and include a $150 security deposit and $150 cleaning fee (non-refundable), Call the Management Office at (954) 561-0990.
- Interior Bug Control - “Complete Pest Control” - Service on Tuesday, once a month. No charge to the unit owner. Any problems? (954) 786-0146.
- Cable TV - “Comcast Cable”, basic services included in maintenance. Problems? Call: 1 (800) 934-6489 or access online customer support. To see the basic cable channel lineup, Click Here.
- Move-In - requires a refundable $150 damage deposit; contact the Management Office.
- Accountant - “Charles Krblich, P.A.””, for info regarding your maintenance charges call the management office.
- Attorney - “Kaye Bender Rembaum” - 1200 Park Central Blvd South, Pompano Beach, Fl. 33064
- Car Wash - Designated areas in the lower garage.
